The MAYAK residential tower transforms Dnipro’s skyline. Subtle lighting turns glass and brick into a play of sparks and reflections, echoing the shimmer of the Dnipro River.

MAYAK is the tallest residential building in Dnipro, seamlessly integrated into the city’s panorama. The lighting concept creates a gradient of sparkling accents across the façade, dissolving the tower’s mass into airiness and light. A dialogue between the ethereal glass elements with custom luminaires and the solid brick volumes shapes a distinctive silhouette, gaining depth and dynamism — as if molten energy flows within. The façade is designed to blend with the elements of sky and water, with shimmering highlights that evoke sunlight dancing on the Dnipro River. Warm tones at the brick podium contrast with cooler shades on the glass tower, while a luminous vertical core unites the entire ensemble into a single, iconic landmark.
